Za Naszą i Waszą Wolność (ZWiNN) is an alternate history project that aims to imagine and explore a world where the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, instead of faltering and being erased from the map of Europe during the late 18th century, prospers and becomes one of the premier powers in the world. The consequences and impacts of the altered decisions and actions made by the leading figures of the Rzeczpospolita initially make themselves known within the state and east-central Europe, with their ripples and waves being felt in all of Europe in due time.
However, Europe does not exist in a vacuum, nor does any other place in the world. As the long and excruciating distances between various points in the world will begin to close over time as a result of new innovations and breakthroughs, the differences of this world and ours will only continue to grow and multiply in orders of magnitude. This world will be both familiar and unknown at the same time.
